Trehan Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 26^th July, 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana under the Companies Act., 1956 as a Private Limited Company. The Registered Office of the company is situated at 110, Shivam House, Karampura Commercial Complex  New Delhi – 110015.

TCPL has been promoted by Mr. Naresh Trehan, aged 52 years is a dynamic entrepreneurs having an experience of more than 28 years in the field of manpower deployment. He has created a unique leadership in the field of Manpower deployment with his innovative and dynamic approach. The dynamism and farsighted approach of Mr. Naresh Trehan has enriched the company with management skills, funds and renowned customers. 

As India is one of the leading provider of Manpower, the company has the experience & capability to manage even the most complicated & innovative  requirements of our clients. The company’s corporate office is located at 310, Shivam House, Karampura Commercial Complex, New Delhi. The company has finance & Accounts Department at 110, Shivam House, New Delhi. The trade test site is at # 3A Block C-1, Bhagwati Garden Extention, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi of 9072 sq. ft.

TCPL specialises in full service recruitment in the Civil Construction, Oil and Petroleum, Engineering Procurement and Construction(EPC), Chemical, Electric, Instrument and Control, Design, Information Technology, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration sectors. It’s this specialisation, combined with a concentrated and focused approach to service delivery, which makes us distinct. 

TCPL believes that recruitment requirements develop and evolve in a changing consumer landscape. We understand that the job search expectations of candidates are highly personalised and have become increasingly more complicated. Mr. Naresh Trehan - Chairman and Managing director 

TCPL is owned and managed by Naresh Trehan, an industry specialist with over three decades of extensive networking and recruitment experience in Gulf Countries.

After graduating from University of Delhi, he started his career in 1976. He worked for a national bank and from 1978 privately held firm specialising in the Paper Industry. Four years later Naresh moved to Muscat and began working for Business Development for his firm specialising in Recruitment Consultancy.

Naresh then came back to Delhi with An Ambition in 1986 managing the HR & Recruitment division, Providing a new scale of Recruitment for all positions with multinational organisations.

In 1991, Naresh incorporated Trehan Consultants, and rest as they say is history.

Mrs. Seema Trehan  - Whole time Director

The day to day affairs of the company are looked after by the chairman & Managing Director, who has vast experienced in the field of Manpower employed & he is assisted by a team of skilled and talented technical and financial professionals. The team includes General Manager looking after various functions assisted by the Human Resources Manager, HR Generalist, Recruitment Specialist, HR Coordinator, Operations Manager, travel Coordination, Technical cum recruitment Manager.
